About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police"

Article 1. Part 2 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police" of July 3, 2002 to add ZR-401 (further - the Law) with new paragraphs of the following content:

"The service in police will be organized also by the principle of rotation of employees of police. Rotation is transfer of employees of police into equivalent positions in the same division of police with frequency of times in three years.

The list of employees of police, rotation subjects, and procedure of rotation are established by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. To state part 5 of article 15 of the Law in the following edition:

"5. Certification is carried out in case of direct presence of the employee of police. Certification of the employees of police holding position of police of the main group is carried out by means of interview - based on the office characteristic. Certification of the employees of police holding positions of police of the senior, average and younger groups is carried out by means of testing and interview - based on the office characteristic.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
