About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police" of July 3, 2002, ZR-401 (further - the Law) to exclude words of "the main, senior, average and younger groups of positions".
Article 2. To state paragraph two of part 2 of article 7 of the Law in the following edition:
"Compliance to ranks of police of the military ranks appropriated in armed forces, bodies of homeland security, ranks of criminal and executive service, service of forced execution of court resolutions, cool ranks of the Ministry of Justice, class ranks of prosecutor's office and also ranks of inventory is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. In article 14 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word of "the last three years" "at least than 3 years";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 2 words of "the last three years" "at least than 3 years";
Paragraph one of part 10 to state 3) in the following edition:
"In case of vacancy of position prosecutors, and also the former employees of police appointed to positions in other state bodies by the President of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia can be appointed to service in police also serving armed forces, homeland security, criminal and executive service, service of forced execution of court resolutions, the Ministry of Justice.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
