About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police"

Article 1. Item of 1 part of 1 Article 4, the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police" (on July 3, 2002, to add with ZR-401) with the following paragraph:

"-chief of the Main Investigation Department;".

Article 2. To add article 11 of the Law with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. In police the citizens meeting requirements of part of 1 this Article and exempted from obligatory military service on the bases provided by the Items "DB" of part of 1 Article 12, part 4 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About conscription" can be appointed to positions of the investigator, senior investigator, senior special investigator, deputy chief of department, the chief of department, the assistant department head, head of department, deputy head of department, head of department.".

Article 3. To state paragraph two of part 2 of article 13 of the Law in the following edition:

"Appoints deputy managers of state body and the chief of the Main Investigation Department to position and the President of the Republic of Armenia according to the proposal of the head of state body dismisses. The chief of the Main Investigation Department on position is the deputy manager of state body.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following its official publication.

Article 2 of this Law remains in force till December 1, 2007.
