About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police"

Article 1. "About service in police" (on July 3, 2002, ZR-401, further - the Law) to add part one of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the paragraph third the following content:
"The employee of police, except for the employee holding position of police of the highest group can be the citizen of other state at the same time.".
Article 2. To state Item 1 of part 1 of article 45 of the Law in the following edition:
"1) in case of the termination of citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, receipt of nationality of other state by the employee holding position of police of the highest group;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following its official publication.
