About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police"

Article 1. In Article part seven 5, Item 5 of Article 19, Article parts one 42, parts eight of Article 43 and article 66 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police" (on July 3, 2002, "the legislation of the Republic of Armenia" to replace word ZR-401) with the word "law".
Article 2. Third of article 7 of the Law to state part in the following edition:
"3. Assignment of the next rank to the employee of police having authority punishment, being under criminal prosecution, office investigation or in case of acceptance in its relation of the decisions provided by items 4 or 5 parts eleven of article 15 of this Law is postponed until elimination of the specified obstacles.".
Article 3. In article 14 of the Law:
a) in word part nine of "average group" shall be replaced with words "younger and average groups";
b) the first offer of paragraph two of part ten to state in the following edition: "To persons appointed to positions of police of the senior and main groups on the separate specialties established by the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia the rank is given, is two steps lower than the rank of police corresponding to this group.";
c) in paragraph six of part ten of the word "the replacing employee" shall be replaced with words "temporarily appointed employee".
Article 4. To state item 4 of part eleven of article 15 of the Law in the following edition:
"4) to postpone certification for a period of up to one year with sending of the employee for retraining;".
Article 5. In article 16 of the Law:
a) in the paragraph the second part one of the word "the highest and younger police positions" shall be replaced with words "positions of police of the highest and younger groups";
b) in part two of the word "undergo three-months retraining" shall be replaced with words "undergo retraining for up to 3 months".
