About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring publicity and transparency in activities of funds of obligatory national social insurance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 46-47, of Art. 403; 2007, No. 33, Art. 439):

Part the twelfth Article 17 to state 1) in the following edition:

"The board decision of Fund made within its competence is obligatory for execution, including all insurers and insured persons whom it concerns. Board decision of Fund is drawn up by the resolution. Resolutions of board of Fund are subject to obligatory promulgation on the official website of Fund within five working days after their acceptance";

Part third of Article 48 to state 2) in the following edition:

"The budget of Social Insurance Fund from accidents, changes to it, the performance report of the budget of Social Insurance Fund from accidents by expenditure items within five working days after their approval of Social Insurance Fund by board from accidents are subject to obligatory promulgation on official the web page of Social Insurance Fund from accidents and within two weeks of the obligatory publication in official printing publications of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Information on time and the place of public submission of the report will be promulgated together with the performance report of the budget of Social Insurance Fund from accidents".
