About recognition voided some regulations of the Government
For the purpose of improvement of activities of the Government and enhancement of the legislative regulatory base about national councils and the commissions the Government DECIDES:
1. Recognize invalid some regulations of the Government, according to appendix.
2. Determine that in case of creation of new councils and commissions, the ministries and other central administrative authorities shall avoid duplication of powers with the existing councils and the commissions of organizations and duplications of competences between different councils.
3. To the ministries, other central administrative authorities to review quantity and obligations of councils and commissions whose work is conducted with assistance of organization, and in case of need to provide offers on modification in legislative and regulations according to the above-stated purpose.
4. To impose control of execution of provisions of this resolution on the State office.
