About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
For the purpose of strengthening of the mechanism of protection of special forms of documents of information system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, ensuring production of special forms on new technologies and according to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 395, I ORDER:
1. Make changes to the Samples and the Description of the special form of the certificate on the property right approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 22, 2003 No. 39/5 chipboard, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 22, 2003 for No. 319/7640 (with changes), having been reworded as follows them which are applied (for office use).
2. Make changes to the Samples and the Technical description on the special form for issue of statements from the State register of the rights to real estate approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 10, 2012 No. 41/5 chipboard registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 13, 2012 for No. 1365/21677 (with changes), having been reworded as follows them which are applied (for office use).
3. Make changes to Samples and the Description of the special form of documents of registers of information system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which sample and the description are approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 6, 2003 No. 121/5, No. 896/8217, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 6, 2003 having been reworded as follows them which are applied (for office use).
4. To department of interaction with authorities (Anokhin A. V.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
