Make the following changes to "Regulations on the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on problems of family, women and children", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 9, 2006 No. 444 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 8, Article 670; 2007, No. 3, Article 233, No. 5, Article 455, No. 8, Article 768, No. 11, Articles 1094, 1105; 2008, No. 5, Article 373, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 12, Article 983; 2010, No. 2, Article 83; 2012, No. 5, Article 420, No. 9, Article 857; The Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 23, 2013 No. 9):
1.1. add to the beginning of subitem 8.14 of the word "having informed the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic";
1.2. add subitem 8.14-1 of the following content:
"8.14-1. submits in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic the report on accredited bodies which give legal assistance in connection with interstate adoption, and also the control actions performed in connection with living conditions of the children who are citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic, adopted by foreigners or stateless persons;";
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
2.1. in two-month time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;
2.2. in two-month time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Decree and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
