About introduction of amendments and changes in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

"The government of the Kyrgyz Republic develops and approves the concept on protection and use of historical and cultural heritage and reports on its execution in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic within the annual report of the Prime Minister on work of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. Part 1 of article 14 after the word "Treasures" to add with the words "archeological finds".
3. 2 Articles 31 after the word "monuments" to add part with the words "and archeological finds".
4. Add Article 40 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"-local government bodies;".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1004) the following change:
to state Item 13 of part 1 of Article 18 in the following edition:
"13) control in the field of protection and use of historical and cultural heritage of local value;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
