About entering of amendment and changes into the Instruction about state registration of banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations and licensing of banking activity
Based on the paragraph of the twenty eighth 26, Article parts one 39, of paragraph two of part one of article 79 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles
1. Bring in the Instruction about state registration of banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations and licensing of banking activity approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2012 No. 640 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.01. 2013, 8/26795; 20:04. 2013, 8/27422), the following amendments and changes:
the fifth Item 15 to add part with the words "within ten working days from the date of the submission of the statement and other documents specified in part three of this Item";
in Item 28 and the paragraph the sixth "regulatory legal acts of National Bank" shall be replaced with words parts one of Item 59 of the word "bank law";
in part one of Item 29 of the word "National Bank" shall be replaced with words "bank law";
in Item 37 of the word "according to local regulatory legal acts of bank or other decisions of authorized bodies of management of bank" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, established by bank";
in paragraph seven of Item 64 of the word "the regulatory legal act of National Bank establishing standard rates of safe functioning for banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "bank law";
to exclude the word of "(department)" from appendix 9 to this Instruction.
