About entering of amendments into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 751) the following amendments:
1. To add part 2 of article 18 after words of "civil society" with words ", and also results of monitoring and assessment of the current legislation".
2. To add part 3 of Article 22 with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
"information on monitoring and assessment of the legislation in that sphere of the public relations which will be governed by the developed project of regulatory legal act;".
3. Add Article 25 with the paragraph third the following content:
"the analysis of the regulatory legal base existing at the time of project development of regulatory legal act, data on monitoring and assessment of the legislation existing in this sphere of the public relations;".
4. Add Chapter 5 with Article 33-1 of the following content:
"Article 33-1. Monitoring and efficiency evaluation of action of regulatory legal acts
1. Rule-making bodies (officials) on permanent basis carry out monitoring and assessment of the regulatory legal acts adopted by them for the purpose of detection of efficiency and effectiveness of their action.
2. Independent experts and representatives of civil society are involved in implementation of monitoring and assessment of regulatory legal acts.
3. Information on monitoring and assessment of regulatory legal acts testimonial of low performance and effectiveness of their action is the basis for modification and amendments in regulatory legal acts or acceptances of the new regulatory legal acts more effectively regulating this sphere of the public relations.
4. Monitoring and assessment of regulatory legal acts are performed according to the procedure, established by the Government.".
