1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2007 No. 1372 "About approval of the Technical regulation about requirements to emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances of the vehicles released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 50, the Art. 633) the following changes:
in the Technical regulation about requirements to emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances of the vehicles released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
3) of Item 14 to add the subitem with the paragraph third the following content:
"the vehicles categories M3, N2 and N3 with internal combustion engines using diesel fuel since January 1, 2015.";
state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. Confirmation of conformity of the vehicles released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to requirements of ecological classes is performed taking into account appendix 4 to the Technical regulation.";
to be reworded as follows appendix 4 to the specified regulations according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
