About entering of amendment into the Regulations on licensing of activities for designing, construction, operation and repair of defense objects approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 24, 2003 No. 410

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of works on construction, operation and repair of defense objects, and also ensuring compliance with regime requirements on defense objects the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. The Section II of the Provisions on licensing of activities for designing, construction, operation and repair of defense objects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 24, 2003 No. 410 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 9, Art. 87), to add with Item of 61 following contents:

"61. Involvement by the licensee who is the prime contractor on construction, operation and repair of defense objects of the subcontract organizations which do not have the license for implementation of the corresponding types of activity on construction, operation and repair of defense objects is performed with observance of the following requirements and conditions:

the subcontract organizations are allowed to performance of works on construction, operation and repair of defense objects according to separate Sections of the design estimates;

the design estimates can be provided to the subcontract organizations only regarding them concerning;

the admission of employees of the subcontract organizations on the territory of defense objects is performed after approval of their lists in accordance with the established procedure;

the licensee bears complete responsibility for observance by the subcontract organizations and their workers of the rules established by the object mode and also ensuring safety of the state secrets.".
