1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 26.07.2024 No. 549
2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 123, 5/34683) the following amendments and changes:
2.1. in Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
add Item with subitem 8.2-1 of the following content:
"8.2-1. determines procedure for the organization of rendering by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of medical care for groups of diseases and establishes the minimum list of medical equipment, the products of medical appointment and (or) medicines necessary for rendering this help;";
add Item with subitem 8.23-1 of the following content:
"8.23-1. determines procedure of the state control of production, storage, realization and quality of medical products (products of medical appointment and medical equipment);";
third subitem 8.27 to exclude the paragraph;
in subitem 8.36 the word "performs" to replace with the word "organizes";
add Item with subitem 8.51-1 of the following content:
"8.51-1. establishes the number of employees of the public institutions which are directly subordinated to the Ministry of Health according to the legislation;";
