About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About licensing of separate types of activity" of May 31, 2001 No. 260 the following change:
- in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-named resolution:
in paragraph seven of the subitem "an" of Item 11 of Chapter of the 28th figure of "300,0" and "100,0" to replace respectively with figures of "200,0" and "50,0".
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 30.09.2014 No. 560
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144 the following change:
- in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out and registration of materials of raid tax control approved by the above-named resolution:
in the paragraph the second the subitem 4 of Item 19-1 of the word and figure "in radius of 100 meters" to exclude.
4. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
