1. Make addition and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781; 2007, No. 253, 5/25990; 2009, No. 18, 5/29134; 2011, No. 73, 5/34017):

in Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

add Item 5 with subitem 5.14-1 of the following content:

"5.14-1. performs according to the legislation the price regulation (rates) for the construction materials, products, designs, works and services used (which are carried out, rendered) in case of construction and content of the highways, bridges and tunnels financed fully or partially by means republican and (or) local budgets, including the state trust budget funds, and also the state non-budgetary funds, external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the credits of banks of the Republic of Belarus under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom;";

in Item 7:

in paragraph three to replace the word of "departments" with the word of "department";
