the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2010 No. 555 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Instruction for carrying out by National Bank the Republic of Belarus transactions of purchase and sale and pledge of gemstones" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 12, 8/23184).
