1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2001 No. 63 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of execution of payments from the current (settlement) accounts in Belarusian rubles in the priority established by the legislation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 43, 8/5543; 2004, No. 111, 8/11249; 2006, No. 8, 8/13649; No. 69, 8/14340; 2007, No. 261, 8/17281; 2008, No. 71, 8/18404; No. 201, 8/19302; 2009, No. 83, 8/20718; No. 209, 8/21351; 2010, No. 235, 8/22787; 2011, No. 106, 8/24155) following changes and amendments:
1.1. to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:
"About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out payments from the current (settlement) bank accounts in Belarusian rubles in the priority established by the legislation";
1.2. in Item 1 of the resolution of the word "about the organization of execution of payments from the current (settlement) accounts" shall be replaced with words "about procedure for carrying out calculations from the current (settlement) bank accounts";
1.3. To be reworded as follows the instruction about the organization of execution of payments from the current (settlement) accounts in Belarusian rubles in the priority established by the legislation approved by this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication.
