Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 1997 No. 117-FZ "About safety of hydraulic engineering constructions" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 30, Art. 3589; 2003, No. 2, Art. 167; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1752; 2006, No. 52, Art. 5498; 2008, No. 29, Art. 3418; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; No. 52, Art. 6450; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4195; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590, 4591; No. 49, Art. 7015; No. 50, Art. 7359; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7616; 2013, No. 9, Art. 874) following changes:

1) in word preamble "commissioning", and the word "recovery" to exclude;

2) in Article 3:

a) word in paragraph eight "the federal executive bodies exercising the state supervision of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions" shall be replaced with words "the federal executive bodies authorized on implementation of federal state supervision in the field of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions";

b) word in paragraph nine "to the regulations and rules approved according to the procedure, determined by this Federal Law" shall be replaced with words "to the requirements to safety of hydraulic engineering constructions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation (further - mandatory requirements)";

c) add with paragraphs of the following content:
