Article 1

1) in Article 9:

a) in part four of the word "is subject to the digital photography performed" shall be replaced with words "which submitted the application for issue of the passport or the citizen of the Russian Federation concerning whom the specified application is submitted is subject to digital photography, and the citizen of the Russian Federation who reached age of 12 years submitted the application for issue of the passport or concerning which the specified application is submitted, is also subject to scanning of papillary patterns of forefingers of his hands, performed";

b) add with part five of the following content:
