About modification and amendments in Rules of transportation of passengers and baggage by road transport
For the purpose of further enhancement of rules of transportation of passengers and baggage by road transport, and also the Cabinet of Ministers decides increases in safety of the rendered services in their transportation:
1. Item 9 Corrected transportations of the passengers and baggages by road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 4, 2003 No. 482 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, Art. No. 11 108), to state in the following edition:
"9. The organization (opening) of new routes is made in the procedure established by the legislation:
a) city - khokimiyats of the cities or governing bodies of urban passenger transportation with approval of schemes of routes of territorial administrations of traffic safety of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Department of Internal Affairs of areas;
b) suburban and intraregional long-distance - Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent or governing bodies of passenger transport with approval of schemes of routes of territorial administrations of traffic safety of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Department of Internal Affairs of areas;
c) interregional-long-distance and international - the Uzbek agency of road and river transport with approval of schemes of routes of Head department of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
