According to the procedure of consideration, examination and state registration of projects of technological parks, No. 2311 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 1999 "About regulatory legal acts on ensuring implementation of the Law of Ukraine" About the special mode of innovative activities of technological parks" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 51, Art. 2534; 2006, No. 48, Art. 3199; 2007, No. 86, Art. 3164; 2011, No. 12, Art. 520):
1) in Item 3:
