Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education of January 13, 2011 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 13, 2/1795; No. 140, 2/1877) following amendments and changes:
1. Item 6 of Article 3, Item 7 of Article 19, Item 3 of Article 21, paragraphs of the fifth and seventh Article 30, Item 5 of Article 31, Item 3 of Article 32, Item 2 of Article 43, Item 6 of Article 44, item 4 of Article 48, Item 6 of Article 49, Item 3 of Article 55, subitems 1.1 and 1.2 of Item 1 and Item 2 of Article 80, subitem 6.6 of Item 6 and part the second Item 8 of Article 83, part one of Item 1 and Item 8 of Article 88, part third of Item 9 of Article 94, part third of Item 7 of Article 98, Article 129, Item 7 of Article 188, part the second Item 3 of Article 203, item 4 of Article 204, Item 11 of Article 215 and item 4 of article 219 after words of "The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus" to add with words of "The state committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus".
2. Add Article 20 with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. Organizations of general secondary education in the cases provided by this Code can create conditions for the organization of educational and training process or organize educational and training process for the purpose of preparation of sports reserve and (or) high-class athletes. Educational and training process for the purpose of preparation of sports reserve and (or) high-class athletes is performed on the basis of the training programs on separate sports approved by the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus according to the legislation.".
3. To state Item 5 of Article 25 in the following edition:
