Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 21, 1995 "About the status of Heroes of Belarus, Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of Socialist Work, complete gentlemen of awards of the Fatherland, Slava, Labour Glory" in editions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2009 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1995, No. 14, Art. 140; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 6, 2/1644) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 4 part one:
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"extraordinary acceptance in accordance with the established procedure in the organizations of social servicing performing stationary social servicing;";
in paragraph seven "organizations" shall be replaced with words the word "the state organizations".
2. In Article 5:
in part one:
"non-paid" to exclude the word from the paragraph of third;
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"receipt of the additional area of premises of the state housing stock in the form of the living room or in the amount of 15 square meters of total area of premises over the minimum regulation of provision of total area of premises of the state housing stock.";
in the paragraph the second part three:
shall be replaced with words the words "the sewerage, gas, electrical and heat energy, export and neutralization of municipal solid waste, use of elevators) on the rates (rates) established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" "water disposal (sewerage), gazo-, electro-and heat supply, use of the elevator, export, neutralization and conversion of solid utility waste) on the rates established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus";
