This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication, except for paragraphs of the fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth Item of 3 changes and amendments which become effective since January 1, 2014, and paragraphs of the twenty sixth, twenty seventh Item 2, of paragraphs of the twenty second, twenty third Item of 3 changes and amendments which become effective since January 1, 2015.
