1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. Main terms and their determinations
In this Law the following main terms and their determinations are applied:
subscription mailbox – the special locked box established in objects of mail service and subscribed for certain term by addressees for receipt of simple postcards, letters and parcels post which by the sizes can be placed in it, printing mass media, notices on mailings;
subscriber post case – the special case with the locked cells established in apartment apartment houses, on delivery sites in urban areas of individual building and in the rural zone and intended for delivery to addressees of simple postcards, letters and parcels post which by the sizes can be placed in cell, promotional materials, printing mass media, notices on mailings;
the addressee – physical person, including the individual entrepreneur (further if other is not provided, – physical person), or the legal entity who addresses mailings;
address data of users of services of mail service – information on physical persons (surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), the postal address) or legal entities (the name and the postal address);
the internal mailing – the mailing accepted, sent and delivered (handed) within the Republic of Belarus;
