About entering of amendments into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on November 14, 2013

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the deputy of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 10, the Art. 1095) the following amendment:

to add part 1 of Article 39 with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Carrying weapon in the Jogorku Kenesh building is forbidden to the deputy of Jogorku Kenesh.".

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the Erkin Too newspaper of December 2, 2011 No. 102) the following amendment:

to add part 3 of Article 145 with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Carrying weapon in the Jogorku Kenesh building is forbidden to the deputies and also invited and persons accredited in Jogorku Kenesh.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
