About some questions of Kazakhenergoekspertiza joint-stock company

1. Rename Kazakhenergoekspertiza joint-stock company into "Institute of Development of Power Industry and Energy Saving (Kazakhenergoekspertiz)" joint-stock company (further - Society).

2. To provide to the ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of corresponding changes and amendments in the charter of Society;

2) the state re-registration of Society in judicial authorities.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

To transfer 1) to the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan right of possession and uses of the state block of shares of Society;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
