About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs two and the seventh 34, of the paragraph of the fourth Article parts fifteen 35, Article parts one 39, parts one of article 119 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Article parts four
1. Bring in the Instruction about standard rates of safe functioning for banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2006 No. 137 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 186, 8/15213; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.12. 2012, 8/26568; 12:07. 2013, 8/27684; 23:08. 2013, 8/27812), following changes and amendments:
in Item 20:
in paragraph one to replace the word "seven" with the word "nine";
add subitem 20.5 with words ", except for the credit debt carried to VIII and IX risk groups";
add Item with subitems 20.8 and 20.9 of the following content:
"20.8. The VIII group (with risk degree of 200 percent) - the credit debt nominated in Belarusian rubles (including included in retail portfolio) formed as a result of provision to physical persons (including to individual entrepreneurs) the credits, the interest rate for which exceeds the operating base rate of refinancing established by National Bank increased by 150 percent, except for the debt carried to the IX risk group;
