According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About natural monopolies", Presidential decrees of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power" and of March 12, 2013 No. 128 "About the National plan of action for 2013 for implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Rich society, competitive economy, the effective state" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power DECIDES: No. 1059
1. Bring in the resolution NKRE of July 23, 2013 No. 1009 "About establishment of parameters of regulation which have long-term effective period, for the purposes of the stimulating regulation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 26, 2013 for No. 1266/23798, such changes:
in the subitem of 1 Item of 1 figure of "0,01" to replace with figures of "0,00";
in Item 2 of figure "01" to replace with figures "31".
2. To submit to management of price policy in power industry this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
