Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in Item 3 of the list of types of goods concerning which special customs procedure, and conditions of their room under such customs procedure, No. approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 329, the following changes can be established:
a) part one after the words "and life activities of rescue units" to add with words "health services and the organizations into which power the solution of questions in the field of liquidation of medical and sanitary effects of emergency situations, the organization and delivery of health care, including medical evacuation is included,";
b) in part three:
to add paragraph two after the words "in the field of emergency situations" with the words "and (or) health cares", after the words "and life activities of rescue units", to add with words "health services and the organizations into which power the solution of questions in the field of liquidation of medical and sanitary effects of emergency situations, the organization and delivery of health care, including medical evacuation is included,";
third after the words "in the field of emergency situations" to add the paragraph with the words "and (or) health cares".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
