About entering of amendment and change into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 255

For the purpose of enhancement of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of business activity I decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on rendering the state financial support to small business entities and subjects of infrastructure of support of small and medium entrepreneurship at the expense of the means provided in programs of the state support of small business approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 255 "About some measures of the state support of small business" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 131, 1/10713; 2011, No. 67, 1/12598), following amendment and change:

1.1. add item 4 with part seven of the following content:

"Regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom, fund for decision making about rendering the state support have the right to request data on income gained by the individual entrepreneur last year and also for actually worked time in the current year, in tax authority in the place of statement of the individual entrepreneur on accounting.";

1.2. from the paragraph of the sixth Item 11 of the word "for individual entrepreneurs-the certificate of tax authority of income gained last year and also for actually worked time in the current year" to exclude.

2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
