"** According to article 23.9 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses non-presentation by physical person in the time of the declaration on the income and property established by the legislation in the cases provided by legal acts or specifying in it incomplete or false information on the income and (or) property which is subject to obligatory declaring attract imposing of penalty in the amount of five up to fifty basic sizes.".
