1. Add the list of documents according to which collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts, No. 1737 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 5/24450; 2011, No. 128, 5/34754), Item 23 following of content:
"23. The documents establishing debt of the owner (owner) of the vehicle on the payment which is not brought by it in the increased size for driving of vehicles through paid highways of the Republic of Belarus.
For making of executive text the copy of the act of the violation directed to the owner (owner) of the vehicle containing calculation of outstanding amount on certified by the claimant not granted by it to payment in the increased size for driving of vehicles through paid highways of the Republic of Belarus, with mark of the claimant about not introduction of this payment after 30 days is submitted from the moment of creation of the act of violation.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
