About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 No. 607
The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 No. 607 "About forms of Single veterinary certificates to the Republic of Belarus imported on customs area of the Customs union, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation controlled goods from the third countries" zmeneniya according to appendix.
2. Till April 1, 2014 are applied to import to customs area of the Customs union of controlled goods as veterinary certificates (the forms No. 16 and 21) provided by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 No. 607, and veterinary certificates (the forms No. 16 and 41) provided by this Decision.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 10, 2013 No. 193
1. In Item 16 of the word", zoo and circus" to exclude.
2. Exclude Item 21.
3. Add with Item of 41 following contents:
"41. The veterinary certificate on the zoo and circus animals exported on customs area of the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation (No. Form 41) (is applied).".
4. In forms of the Single veterinary certificates approved by the specified Decision:
a) the veterinary certificate on the wild, zoo and circus animals exported on customs area of the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation (No. form 16) to state in the following edition:
