1. Item 2.14 of the Section II of Requirements concerning the writing of the name of the legal entity or his separate division approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 5, 2012 No. 368/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2012 No. 367/20680 (with changes) to add with the new offer of the following content: "The general name of public association which performs functions of the foreign agent shall contain the phrase "the public association performing functions of the foreign agent" ("public organization which performs functions of the foreign agent" or "the public union which performs functions of the foreign agent")".

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Anokhin A. V.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
