2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 No. 1785 "About establishment of the size of basic size" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 5, 5/35054).
3. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2013.
