About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

A. Volchek, E.K.Dylevskaya, N. K. Kartash, L. V. Kochergina;
words "Kovkhuto Andrey Marlenovich is the director of the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Research Prospecting Institute" shall be replaced with words "Kovkhuto Andrey Marlenovich is the First Deputy CEO of the republican unitary enterprise "The Research and Production Center on Geology";
words "Moss Oleg Petrovich is the deputy director general - the chief geologist on solid minerals of the prospecting republican unitary enterprise "Belgeologiya" shall be replaced with words "Moss Oleg Petrovich - the head of department - the chief geologist on solid minerals of the republican unitary enterprise "The Research and Production Center on Geology";
1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 12.07.2014 No. 676
1.3. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 17.03.2016 No. 205
1.4. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 19.12.2016 No. 1040
1.5. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503 "About some questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.06.2013, 5/37432):
to exclude subitems 12.5 and 12.14 of Item 12 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution;
in the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution:
state Item 16 in the following edition:

exclude Item 17.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
