The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. In the paragraph the second Item 1 of the Section V "Transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents confirming citizenship of Ukraine, proving the identity or her special status" and figures "stop the action since January 1, 2014" shall be replaced with words "can be replaced with certificates of new sample at the request of their owner and in the cases provided by the current legislation".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
