1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning silicon (codes 2804 61 000 0 and 2804 69 000 0 FEACN CU) in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014 inclusive.
2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:
a) to add line items with codes 2804 61 000 0 and 2804 69 000 0 FEACN CU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note" <18C)>";
b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note <18C> of the following content:
"<18C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.10.2013 till 30.09.2014 inclusive.".
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
