Part the second Article 25.13 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Form of the travel document for the purposes of readmission (including readmissions) and procedure for its registration and issue are determined by the federal executive body authorized on implementation of functions on control and supervision in the field of migration together with federal executive body in the field of safety by expedited procedure.";

2) in Article 27:

a) add part one with subitem 2.2 of the following content:
