For the purpose of reduction of earlier made decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning educational activities in compliance with articles 1 and 5 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the teacher", being guided by article 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on the general education organization" of September 12, 2011 No. 541 the following change:
- in the Standard regulations on the general education organization approved by the above-stated resolution:
the fourth Item 53 to declare the paragraph invalid.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
