About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of carrying out supervision and control in the field of ecological and technical safety, being guided by Articles 10, 11 and 17 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 136 the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
