About modification of Appendix 11 to the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state of February 25, 1998 No. 1538-XIII

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the column 5 line items of the 10th appendix 11 to the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state No. 1538-XIII of February 25, 1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 66-68, 442), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "Botanical Garden (Institute) of Academy of Sciences of Moldova" "Primeriya of the village of Tsaul".

Art. II. - To the government in a month after publication of this law to accept the resolution on transfer to management of primeriya of the village of Tsaul of monument of sadovoparkovy art "the Tsaulsky park".
