The provision and procedure for activities of the form commission affirm authorized body in the field of health care.
Forming of the medicinal form and determination of need for medicines of the medical organization are performed by the form commission of the organization within the budgetary funds provided by the administrator of the budget program of the medical organization and affirm the head of the organization.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
