1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2013 No. 159 "About approval of Rules of pricing on the goods made and realized by the subject of the state monopoly":
in the Rules of pricing on the goods made and realized by the subject of the state monopoly approved by the specified resolution:
5) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) authorized body - the state body performing management in the field of protection of the competition and restriction of monopolistic activities, control and regulation of the activities referred to the sphere of the state monopoly.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
