9) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"9) development and approval in coordination with the state body performing cross-industry and interregional coordination of development of the main directions of the state social and economic policy, and application of non-discriminatory method of calculation of rates (the prices, rates of charges) or their limits on regulated services (goods, works) of subjects of natural monopolies and also method of calculation of goods prices (work, service) subjects of the controlled market;";
14) to state the subitem in the following edition:
