About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About science and the state scientific and technical policy"

1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.
2. Designate paragraphs the hyphen is familiar "-".
3. In Article 2:
- state part one in the following edition:
"The basic concepts used in this Law:";
- the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"-scientific activities (research activities) the activities directed to development and implementation of new knowledge, including basic and applied scientific research;";
- in paragraphs three, the fourth, the fifth, the sixth, the seventh, eighth and ninth respectively to replace sign of point and the word "Scientific", "Scientific and technical", "Experimental", "State", "Scientific", "Scientific" and "Grants" with sign of semicolon ";" and words "scientific", "scientific and technical", "experimental", "state", "scientific", "scientific" and "grants";
