About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2010 No. 258

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2010 No. 258 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of rates for services in content of platforms for the paid parking of vehicles" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 17, the Art. 784) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 24, 2013 No. 559
1. In the resolution:
To "content of platforms" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the word to "use of platforms";
Item 2 to exclude 2).
2. According to the procedure of forming of rates for services in content of platforms for the paid parking of vehicles, approved by the specified resolution:
To "content of platforms" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the word to "use of platforms";
2) in paragraph nine of Item 2 of the word "content in proper condition platforms for the purpose of their use on" shall be replaced with words "use of platforms for the parking on them";
3) in item 4 of the word "parkings of general all purpose vehicles which are managed by disabled people, or vehicles of specialized appointment which transport them, on which parking is performed free of charge" shall be replaced with words "the free parking of the vehicles specified in part six of article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine";
